The Overdose Response Strategy (ORS) and the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas (HIDTA) of Tennessee have been collaborating to release quarterly overviews of drug seizure data from across the region.
Information presented in this report should be interpreted with caution, as it is based solely on anecdotal accounts and does not represent a comprehensive overview of all illicit drug seizures or potentially lethal doses encountered statewide. The data is raw in nature, derived from presumptive field testing conducted by law enforcement at the point of seizure. The figures reported may underrepresent the actual substances involved.
