Ellen Oakes

Ellen serves as a data analyst for the SMART Initiative. Most recently, Ellen was a research data analyst for the Global Immunization Action Network Team in Petaluma, Calif. 

She received a bachelor's degree in economics and a master's in public health, both from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
